About The Event
Our Biblical stories are marked by journeys that take our ancient travelers through mountains, across seas and over ancient trade routes/roadways. The stories of our faith are marked by sacred places. We will journey through an 8-week summer sermon series that will invite you to explore the ways in which our own life's journeys are marked by the backdrop of mountains, seas and/or roadways. Each Sunday, Church goers will be invited to pick up one river stone. At the end of the summer series, each Church goer will have enough stones to build a cairn.
Pastor Anne Marie is hoping the some of you might be willing to share a story or two throughout the summer months during worship regarding your journeys, where a particular mountain, a sea or a roadway might have served as your backdrop to a memorable or spiritual experience.
