At Allin Church, we prayerfully imagine a world where no one goes hungry, everyone has a home, and all feel welcome! Allin Church Missions Ministry puts these imaginings into action as together we work to build a just world for all.
Allin Church is committed to sharing the good news of God’s extravagant, generous and inclusive love. The Missions Ministry exemplifies this commitment through service to individuals in need both locally and globally. In partnership with the Pastor, the ministry carefully selects recipients and manages the allocation of church resources designated to build community, strengthen the work of area non-profits and bring support for humanitarian relief efforts.
Helping People
Throughout the year, our church community identifies opportunities for community outreach and provides ongoing support through volunteering and by distributing Mission funds. Our Missions Ministry's strengths are rooted in a collaborative approach with both church leadership and the wider community. Members actively support initiatives that benefit refugees, the Dedham Food Pantry, Rosie’s Place, and New Life Furniture Bank. Our commitment to serving as the hands and feet of Jesus is also demonstrated in our contributions to global emergency relief efforts through the United Church of Christ’s Global H.O.P.E. ministries.
Caring Always
We support local veterans, those experiencing homelessness or food insecurity, and individuals in need of comfort and care. These efforts are carried out through various service projects, small group support, fundraising efforts and our steadfast commitment to sharing the good news of God's love by dedicating our time, skills, and resources with those most in need.
